We are so glad to have you! First, let's review check-in and check-out procedures:

Check-in is any time after 4p.m. unless you have made different arrangements with the host. Check-in is virtual and you will receive codes for the home and all amenities on the day of your arrival. Please let us know immediately if there is anything wrong when you check in and we will make sure it is addressed right away!

Check out is no later than 10 a.m on the final day of your stay. Late checkout can be requested but is not guaranteed. When you check out, please review this checklist to ensure a smooth transition to our next guests.
The following information is important to ensure safety and cooperation with neighborhood and Florida rules.

The Gathering Place is Naturewalk's hangout, where the pools, playground, grills and firepit are located. Please review the following guidelines regarding the use of these amenities.

The following rules must be followed when operating the golf cart, as any damages or liability are the responsibility of the guest.

WILDLIFE!! Point Washington State Park is home to a variety of animal species who sometimes visit Naturewalk. Native BEARS occasionally stroll through the neighborhood, most often in the Fall or Spring and usually at night. Please be careful when you exit the residence and be aware of your surroundings. If you see a bear, do not approach it! There are also raccoons and stray cats that like to get into the trash so please make sure the lids are closed at night. Thank you!
